VIP Holidays present the "Bojura Resort", in the heart of Bulgarian lifestyle, the world-famous architectural reserve with over 1000 years of history and an icon of the Bulgarian revival- the hit village Jeravna. The resort consists of four self-contained houses located in the quietest and most picturesque part of the village, 50 meters from the house museum of the great Bulgarian writer Yordan Yovkov(see the map). In nearby have mountain lake, river, forest trails for walks and picnics, rich in herbs, mushrooms and berries. There are organized horse riding, hunting, fishing and other interesting events. Great attraction are the annual folk festivals, which are visited by many Bulgarian and foreign tourists and are held under the open sky(see "Festival of the national Costume Jeravna").

The houses are two-storey and built in old Bulgarian-folk style. Excellent combination of old revival style with all technology of modern construction. The building is constructed entirely of natural materials: stone masonry of solid and sustainable stone, handmade, to build the walls of the houses and the fences, massive wood siding and wood carvings, for the construction of the roofs, the terraces and internal staircases, that fully made by skilful master wood carvers and retain its authentic form for centuries. The roofs are typical for the region wide eaves and red tiles". The houses have hydro and thermal insulation and lightning protection systems.

Each house has a separate courtyard with a garden and a place for barbecue, a living room with a kitchen, a room for sauna with a separate exit to the courtyard, place for whisky with fireplace, a winery room for storage and distillation of wine, bedrooms, respectively three in the smaller and four in the bigger houses, bathrooms and toilets on the first and second floors, as well as in some of the bedrooms, big Jeravnas terraces (cherdatsi), with maximum view to the fantastic panorama of the Balkan (Stara Planina), with places for plank-beds and tables.

Each one of the houses is individual and different for transmission of more distinctiveness and uniqueness.

Some of the houses have two entrances for more quiet and comfort for the guests in case, they are used as a "guest houses". Some have garages. The complex has parking places and is surrounded by a fence with a separate entry to each one of the houses. The houses are selling fully finished, plastered and painted. With a mounted and installed steam-heating system.

The flooring in the rooms are covered with massive laminate, the big corridors with high quality granite and accordingly luxury Italian terracotta tiles in bathrooms and toilets. The terraces and the wineries are made and decorated of river stones.

All rooms are very bright and with many large windows, so that the Sun in the 330 sunny days on average smiled through the windows. The rooms and the premises are with massive wood doors.
