VIP HOLIDAYS presents the "Bozhura" Resort Complex, located in the heart of the Bulgarian lifestyle, the world-famous architectural reserve with over 400 years of history, which is an icon of the Bulgarian National Revival - the hit village of Zheravna. It is a tourist destination visited by more than 20000 tourists yearly, most of them foreigners, with a magnificent nature and sights, monuments of culture, museums, an ancient church with a cemetery of saints, a picture gallery, numerous ecopaths, springs, old fountains..

The resort complex consists of 4 fully self-contained houses located in the quietest and most picturesque part of the village. Each of them is individual and differs from the others by design and details to express character and uniqueness.

The resort complex has a magnificent panoramic view. It is 50m distant from the house-museum of the great writer Yordan Yovkov (see the map). A mountain dam for fishing, a river, a forest rich of herbs, mushrooms, woodland fruits and ecopaths suitable for walks and picnics, horse riding and hunting area could be found hearby. It is an excellent investment for both personal use and letting out to tourists.
The houses are two-storey and of folk-style design.
Modern technologies only were used in their construction, in combination with natural materials - stone work of solid and hardy ashlar for the house walls, fences and fireplaces, deciduous trees (Golden Oak) for the house walls boarding, as well as the wood-carving of the ceilings and terraces, which were entirely hand-made by skilful master-wood-carvers and will keep their authentic appearance for ages. Roofs are covered by typical for the area Turkish tiles. The houses will be finished up with hydro isolation, heat isolation and central heating system.

Each house has a separate courtyard with a garden and a place for barbecue, a living room with a tavern-type dining place and kitchen box, a room for sauna with a separate exit to the courtyard, places for drinks next to fireplaces, a wine-cellar for wine storage and tasting, 3 or 4 bedrooms in the smaller or bigger houses respectively, with maximum view to a fantastic panorama, bathrooms and toilets on each first and second floors, as well as next to some of the bedrooms, several fireplaces in each house, large terraces (verandas) typical for the area with places for plank-beds and tables, 2 of the houses have the typical for the Zheravna region external staircase, the bigger houses has separate garages for limousines and jeeps, other 2 of the houses have covered parking places. The resort complex is fenced with walls, each house having a separate passage.

The houses are handed in a completely finished and furnished state.

Flooring is to be made of solid stone tiles on terraces, high quality and super luxury laminate and granitogres in bedrooms, living rooms and kitchens, and a luxury Italian faience and terracotta in bathrooms and toilets respectively.
The woodwork will be of Golden Oak and MDF doors. All terraces and external staircases will be constructed entirely according to the model, which is typical for the Zheravna region, made and boarded with oak obtained locally and fretted according to the local Zheravna tradition.
